Welcome back to my blog, if you’re new here I’m Shabria. And, if you are one of my day one readers thank you so much for returning and showing some love. First, I want to say happy holidays to all, pandemic or not. On today’s post I want to do a tag blog post, if you’re aware of what are “tags”, they’re like questions and answers type of thing and after when you’re done answering those questions, you “TAG” someone to answer those of bunch of questions. You get the point now? Good LOL. Anyways, I’ll be doing the holly jolly Christmas tag however, there’s alot of versions of the holly jolly Christmas so I chose this one from someone that I’m following and her blog name is theblackprincessdiaries. 1. How are you spending this Christmas? Just like everyone worldwide, Christmas is gonna be super different. But, for my family and I our Christmas is still the same like just every Christmas. Both of my parents are working on Christmas, I’m not sure if my sister is but we don’t do nothing exciting on Christmas.
2. Are you good at buying gifts for others? I’d like to think so, doesn’t matter if I guess on what they want or I’m just asking them.
3. Do you have any Christmas Eve traditions? Yeah. Just watching Christmas movies on Hulu, Netflix, and Disney+.
4. Do you like Eggnog? I never had eggnog before but from looking at the recipe it has alot of dairy and alcohol in it and I’m lactose intolerant and I’m not big on alcohol.
5. Have you ever built a gingerbread house? No, not yet.
6. Finish this “ELF” quote – The best way to spread Christmas cheer is …. ? Singing loud for all to hear!
7. What is your all-time favorite Christmas food/dessert? I love sugar cookies and fudge brownies.
8. Do you prefer giving or receiving on Christmas? To be honest, both.
9. Are you a last-minute shopper or are you organized? I’m pretty much a organized shopper. Last minute shopping makes me a nervous wreak LOL
10. What would be your dream place to spend Christmas? I would love to spend Christmas in New York someday.
11. What’s your one Christmas wish? ONE?! Tsk, okay I really want for Covid to go away.
12. What makes Christmas special for you? I just love how this holiday brings family and friends together, I love watching Christmas movies and looking at Christmas decorations and lights. And, especially I love eating Christmas treats.

The Holly Jolly Christmas TAG | Blogmas Day 9 🎄

So, I’m doing a Christmas tag and it’s called ‘The Holly Jolly Christmas’ tag! There’s 20 questions, so I’m going to get started!

1. Favorite Christmas Movie? | The Grinch, the one with Jim Carey. I haven’t seen the new Grinch movie yet.
2. Are you on the Naughty list or the Nice list? | Probably on the Nice List LOL
3. Show us an embarrassing Christmas photo. | I don’t have one LOL
4. Have you ever had a White Christmas? | No, never had one.
5. Do you start your Christmas shopping on Black Friday or wait until the last minute? | I’m more like a Cyber Monday type of person.
6. If you could be in any Christmas movie what would it be? | It would be The Grinch, I loved their hairstyles and how would they break into song LOL.
8. Name all of Santa’s reindeer. | Mkay, there’s Dasher, Dancer, Prancer, Vixen, Comet, Cupid, Donner, and Blitzen. 
9. When does your family put up your Christmas tree and who decorates it? | Depending when we feel like it putting up the tree and usually my younger sister and I decorates the tree.
10. Is your Christmas tree real or fake? | It’s fake. I personally like fake Christmas trees because they last longer than real Christmas trees.
12. Peeking at gifts or be surprised? | Be surprised.
13. Show us your ugly Christmas sweater if you have one. | I don’t have one but I’m planning on getting one really soon.

Thanksgiving Tag

If you’re new on my blog I’m Shabria, thank you stopping by. And if you’re one of day one readers, thank you coming back to read another blog post from me.

So on today’s blog post I’m doing another tag, and it’s the Thanksgiving tag and yes, it’s tomorrow as I’m writing this right now.

Either, if you know the TRUE meaning of Thanksgiving and how this “holiday” came about or not, I hope you have a safe and happy holiday and your food was bomb. And if you’re planning on shopping on Black Friday / Small Business Saturday, please be aware of your surroundings. Now, let’s get this tag started!

 

1. What is your favorite Thanksgiving side dish? Dressing (Stuffing)

2. What is your favorite Thanksgiving dessert? Banana Wafer pudding

3. What does your ideal Thanksgiving outfit look like? If I’m going out for Thanksgiving dinner, I would wear something very comfortable and causal, like a loose oversized sweater and some stretchpants, but this year, I’m staying home and we aren’t having any company, so I’m going to wear a long sleeved shirt and some stretchpants.

4. What is your best Thanksgiving memory? Traveling to my grandparents’ house in Washington DC

5. Least favorite Thanksgiving dish? We don’t cook this anymore but I hate chitilings. If you don’t know what this is, it’s pig intestines.

6. Do you have any quirky Thanksgiving traditions? They’re not quirky but our Thanksgiving “traditions” are kind of basic like watching the Thanksgiving football or basketball game, watching Thanksgiving Day parade, and The Charlie Brown Thanksgiving tv special.

7. Where do you and your family usually celebrate Thanksgiving? We usually celebrate at home, if we have time off from work and saved money we would travel to DC for Thanksgiving.

8. What do you love most about Thanksgiving? Besides being with my family, I love food (LOL).

9. What do you think has changed most since the first Thanksgiving? Not having time off from work and money problems.

10. What are you thankful for? I’m thankful for my loving and supportive family and my health.

Falling For Fall Tag

If you’re new here on my blog, I’m Shabria. And if you’re one of my day one readers, thank you for coming back for a new blog post.

So, today’s blog post is going to be a tag. If you don’t know what a ‘tag’ is, it’s basically like an questions and answers. So, I was looking for some fall related questions and I found a few tags I want to post on my blog, woop woop for new blog content. Here’s the tag and it’s called ‘Falling for Fall’, I hope you enjoy the tag.

1. What is your favorite Fall scent? My favorite Fall scent is anything cinnamon, I love that scent so much.
2. Do you prefer apple stuff or pumpkin stuff? I prefer apple stuff, I’m not about that pumpkin stuff life LOL.
3. What is one thing that you look forward to every single Fall? I look forward to the weather not being so hot because I live in the desert and I hate being hot.
4. How do you like to spend the more chilly/cloudy days in the Fall? Umm, I like spending it in my bedroom, wrap myself around my fuzzy blanket sipping on hot apple cider and watching either youtube videos or Hulu or Netflix or just read a book on my kindle. 
5. Which one do you prefer: Halloween or Thanksgiving? 100% hands down, Thanksgiving. because I love food LOL. 
6. What is one way you do to embrace the Fall season? I embrace the Fall season by lighting a few fall scented candles and setting up my Fall home decor in my bedroom. 
7. What photos would you like to get this Fall season? I would like to get some leaves and baking photos. 
8. Favorite childhood memory from this season? Umm, besides piling up leaves and jumping in them? Yeah, that’s it LOL.
9. What is your favorite trend (fashion/makeup/etc) so far this season? Child, I’m the wrong one catching up with these trends LOL, I’m just basic girl who loves wearing over-sized sweaters and sweatshirts with leggings.   
10. Describe what the Fall weather really looks like where you live. Well, so far in Las Vegas, Nevada, the weather is slowly cooler down to the low 70s, we’re now in the high 60s which I’m so excited right now!

The Birthday Tag

Hey my loved ones, if you’re new or a day one reader; welcome back to my blog. I’m Shabria and I really appreciate you for reading this new blog post.

On today’s blog post, I’ll be doing a blog tag. To everyone who’s confused on what’s a tag, it’s basically like an pre questions and answers type of deal. 1.) When is your birthday? My birthday is on July 29th.

2.) How old are you turning? (Or if your birthday recently passed, how old did you turn?) I’m turning 26 years young.

3.) What was you’re favorite present that you’ve ever received? Barbie Shoppin’ Fun with Barbie and Kelly (Christine Doll) 

4.) Are you/did you have a party this year? if so, what are you doing? I’m not having a party this year. 

5.) How do you usually celebrate your birthday? I usually have a family dinner at my favorite restaurant (iHop or Red Lobster). 

6.) What was the most memorable birthday that you had? On my 16th birthday, my whole family was in Las Vegas after our family reunion. 

7.) If you had an unlimited amount of money, what would you do for your birthday? Buy new photography gear, revamp my closet with new clothes, and celebrate my birthday in five cities: Los Angeles, Miami, New York, Dallas & Houston.  

8.) What’s your birthday wish list? New or used photography gear and candles from Bath and Body Works.

9.) If you only had one birthday left, what would you do for your birthday? Spend it with family.
